I have sent cargo to Karachi and Lahore but every time the new and expensive items were stolen. The worst experience one could have!

Not remmended at all. They are liars and theive. I sent 3 different items to Pakistan, they all arrived opened at destination and items were missing. The guys are totally denied to reimburse and not appologetic at all. They are very rude and uprofessional despite living in UK they know nothing about the customer service at all.

I delivered my stuff during October and was told the container will leave on 22nd October, 2020 and it will be delivered to Rawalpindi either first of second week of December. Called last month in December was told due to Corona the container left UK on 7th December and will reach its destination end of January. Called again today to chase them up, but to my dismay was told the shipping company lied to these lot and rather dispatched the container on 29th December and will reach to its destination in first week of February. The guy wasn't apologetic with same back home mentality. It seems these people haven't learnt good customer service skills despite living here in UK. He wasn't bothered about us suffering due to someone's fault. The don't care if I share my experience with other people to put them off. My sister previously used them without any issue, however with this experience I won't be using or recommending them to others. Please check with someone you know before you use their services.

PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! The people sitting here and people dealing in Pakistan are all related!! All extremely unprofessional and rudest people to deal with, only professionalism they showed was in lying and stealing!! 100s of pounds stuff from our box is stolen. I always send my stuff to Pakistan from a different cargo only this time my father accidentally called them!! Horrible Horrible very stressful experience!!!

I sent my items through this service, then read the reviews : the reviews were so bad that I got worried about my items reaching or being stolen. Lucky the service was great! My family got items just as I sent them ! My family was so happy - I will definitely be using this company again !!!
